The upper hemisphere would sink which would cause a shift in the teutonic plates, the water level would rise and we would loose coastal land but would only be a 15 minute row boat ride to bloody ole England! Whot say you gov'na!

The earth already tilts..as a matter of fact the earthquake that caused the massive tsunamis a couple of years back...caused the planet to wobble and tilt a little more.
Plus it is already too crowded and we are sucking up resources at lighting speed.

lol, i think the chances of the earth keeling over are far, far higher than humans of differing cultures actually getting along!...in fact, i KNOW the former will happen before the latter...

the earth would get top-heavy and then spin around until it was up-side down. it's sorta like when hamsters climb up on top of their exercise wheel
