To show the love you don't need to express by the words but yes take care of their feelings,do all the small things which make them feel good. And see they will admire you even if you talk less, action speak louder then words...i believe in this..Love is all we have, the only way that each can help the other.

I know the feeling.
Some of the things I do is make a list of my favorite things about them and give it to them.
For example (they may be silly, sometimes that makes it even more unforgettable): MOM, you won't believe this but one of the things I love the most about you is the way you sing offkey to all of your favorite songs/how you always knew how to make me feel better when I was sick/how you always burned the bottom of the biscuits...etc.

For your friends, put a mini-scrapbook together for them. Be sure to include all of the great times you've had together. It's something that will really show them...Hey! She really does value our friendship!

Cards, are always so sweet to give/ and receive. It says everything your heart feels, and everything you might say, if you were expressive. Its ok, not everyone knows how to put love into words or expression, thats why MAN created gifts, and cards.... They will know how you feel, and feel your love!
