To live one day at a time and to find some joy in every day no matter what. The other thing is to enjoy every age you are because as you get older, you will look back and say, I wish I knew how good I looked at 20 or my life was going great at 30 and I didn't even realize it. One day at a time is the best way to get through this stressful life.

I learned a lot from my parents. But the best, trust in God. I also learned to be myself, that no-one is better than me, we all put our pants on the same way, and I can do anything if I try hard enough. As the Army says, "Be all you can be!"

I learned that help every one without thinking of their cast and creed. And father said that when ever you help any one, do not expect some reward.
Simple to say that do not help instead of reward.
