It sorta depends.... Someting that u ca wear watever the occasion is. Like a nice pink blouse and dark jeans. Or a cute red/blue halter and jeans or a skirt. Even if ur clothes r really nice, it really depends on ur make up and hair 2... Mayb a cute halter top, wraparound skirt, and let ur hair loose or curl it with a curling iron. U could also use a big hair clip to0 gather it at the back of ur head for an asian look... ALSO black eyeliner, mascara, and whichever eyeshadow colour that looks best w/ ur skin tone or eye colour. Don't forget nail polish, ppl actually notice! Get a pale pink colour and maybe little flowery decorations/stickers on them! Sorry, I fogot 2 say, but a spaghetti strap or strappy tank top looks great 2!

depending on how old the 2 of you are. If you're like 14 or so, wear a long dress.
If you're an adult, wear little or nothing. Since it's your boyfriend's birthday instead of your husband or fiancee, by ADULT I mean like age 25 and older.

Go with what Wendy G suggested...just make sure the jeans, shorts, or mini whatever you choose is really tight..I would like my girlfriend to do that for my birthday.

Tight pants dressy or jeans,a camisole jersey or satin and lace,an overblouse short sleeves would be cute.Sexy sandals with this,some with thin straps flat or heels in black for your boyfriend. Possibly a tiny jewelry barrette in your hair.

Assuming you are going out, wear something that is slightly revealing but not provocative. Something that will make him look like a champ but not make you look like a tramp. Keep them all (including him) guessing. A dress is a good start.
