FIRST: Like in the other recent Spidey movies (there were others in the 1970s) his web was shown as some kind of innate ability rather than the web shooters he made. Part of the supense of the comic was when he'd run out of web fluid in his wrist shooters and you'd wonder what he would do to get out of the situation. Also, the "webbing", which was made by the symbiote suit in the comic, lauched from the top of his wrist as opposed to his wrist web launchers shooting from underneath. While the web fluid that Peter Parker made was a liquid that became web (like an actual spider) the symbiote suit's webbing is a living bio-organism.
Second: Venom is supposed to be all muscles, teeth, and tongue, not Eric Forman from That 70s Show.
Third: This is what happens when you try to cram too much into a movie that could have just as easily been made into 2 movies to include more story (though i doubt that they would have covered the Secret Wars at all anyway).
As for a foruth movie (horrifying, isn't it) maybe bring out the Punisher, and follow more of the Maximum Carnage storyline.

How much time do you have?
1. Emo Spidey
2. Venom was not shown enough. Raimi didn't want Venom anyways the studio forced him, either all Venom or no Venom.
3. Not enough Sandman.
4. Harry's amnesia was too coincidental.
5. The butler that never told Harry until it was too late
I'm hoping 4 will be better. If it ever happens. Kraven and The Lizard.
No Carnage, it'll never happen.

a) They retconned Sandman as the killer of Uncle Ben Parker.
b) They have Peter alternately acting like a wuss and a jerk.
c) Harry Osborn dies, instead of marrying Liz Thompson and having a child who grows up to be Yet Another Goblin.
d) Not enough characterization of Gwen Stacy.

It wasn't feel good at all. The movie was just tense, unhappy, no humor, no joy, the good guys never got a break. It just wasn't pleasant to watch for two hours. If I wanted to be uncomfortable I'd watch a horror movie.

-That Spidey was on drugs
-That you can see MJ's blonde arm hair at the end when she moves her arm out to dance with Spidey (last part)
-That Venom sounds like Godzilla
-The special effects sucked
-Sandman didn't die in the water
-That when Venom exploded, you could see Eddie's bones
-The part when MJ gets home and Harry jumped out and grabbed her (dang that was creepy)
-Too much crying scenes and less action
Besides that, everything else was great!!!

That it broke box office records.
Let's hope the producers don't think this how we want our Spidey movies done. Resort back to the methods of movies 1 and 2!!!!!

That fact that there's a 3rd one, and all the friggin' hype every other commercial.
Yeah, I get it. It's in theatres. That still doesn't mean I'm gonna see it. Shut up please and get back to the show I WANT to see, thanks.
