Go out for lunch and take a nice walk in the sun afterwards.
Buy yourself a new shirt/pair of pants/pair of shoes/purse/whatever and then stop at a coffee shop for an after-lunch treat.
If you don't have a good book/trashy magazine lying around, head by the bookstore and pick one up, then go home, lay in the sun with a refreshing beverage of your choice, and read.
