They live in different parts of the country. Unless someone travels around all their lives they will get a regional accent.

All english speaking countries have different accents in different parts of the country because people don't travel around and aren't exposed to other accents. Except maybe Australia where everyone sound pretty much the same.

The different accents you speak of are nothing in comparison to 170 unique languages spoken in the Philippines. It's a small country in the Pacific that is comprised of 7,107 islands. Why, is a good question. I guess people just like to be different as groups.

I can whip out some fancy linguistics jargon, but really it is as simple as this! Countries are big places, and language accents evolve based on the contact that a person has on a day-to-day basis. You don't live right there next to every single person that lives in your country, do you? Then you are going to develop different accents.

Colloquialisms and accents carry over from mother countries- the accent that is prevalent in Northeastern areas like Minnesota and North Dakota is a remnant of the German/Norweigan accent that the original and predominant settlers of the region brought with them.

considering that a parrot's 'speech' is honestly an 'imitation' of the flaws the 'coach' teaches them to declare, if the 'coach' has a definite accessory, the fowl might have the comparable accessory. in fact, in spite of the reality that that's often the male fowl that 'talks' ... whether that's a 'woman' who's training it, that's going to talk in a 'woman' tone of voice.
