how can i change the settings so i have to use CTRL+ALT+DELETE to access my windows?

If you're using Windows XP Professional:

Control Panel
open User Accounts
Advanced tab
at the bottom check "Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete"

(I haven't used Windows XP Home and haven't tried to do this in Vista, so I don't know if the same steps work for those versions of Windows.)

Michael, you definately need to call your online provider, or your "Security People" for sure!! That's just crazy that your having to use those three settings to do anything on your computer!!! Give them a "Jingle" , they always help me, when I have any sort of problems, online!! Good Luck, to you!! Smile!!
