Must have soaked in the wood.
Maybe Dawn dish soap -- I find it cleans just about anything.
The berry scented Dawn soap is great. (( they use Dawn on ducks when slicked w/ oil. ))
Also, Lemon juice does wonders. Dab a litlle let set for about 10 min. then wipe clean.
Murphy's oil soap is a good altnative.

Try Blow drying with a warm blow dryer. To be sure wood is dry. Maybe try drying w/ blow dryier first and see if smell goes away.

place a dryer sheet in cabinet or spray some freebreeze until smell desolves in a few days.

Baking soda is the chemical opposite of vinegar, so cleaning it with a baking soda solution will neutralize the vinegar.

Wait a while, it will eventually dissipate. A fan will help speed the process.
