I wish I was more outgoing and crazy. I am shy and reserved but people don't like that and I feel uncomfortable being like that and I wish I was more relaxed and myself around people. How can I be? I think it is because I have confidence problems and I think I am wierd and a loser so I am scared to be myself. What should I do?

just be yourself. and that is not being a loser, that is being a winner. there are too many fake people in the world. there is no one like you. don't try to be like other people or be what you think they want you to be. people will naturally gravitate to you if it is natural. until you feel comfortable with yourself, don't expect other people to feel comfortable around you. if you feel like you want to be more outgoing try a sport with a good friend and tell them what you are trying to achieve. take yourself out and go to an environment where you normally would not be. something safe of course. like a concert or some kind of show. you need to be able to have fun with yourself first. also is there someone you can talk to? a relative or a counselor. talk about your feelings. that always helps. good luck!

Try and get to the root of your self esteem issues. Why do you feel you are a loser? Lack of confidence IS a big turn off. Try and surround yourself with positive people. Try new activities. Every one wants to fit in and has a place, you just need to find yours. Sitting home or being shy isn't going to help you find it. You are as good as everyone else. If you don't make yourself come out of your shell, you are always going to be lonely. Life has so much to offer. Get out there and experience it!

I used to be the same way before. i didn't think i was pretty enough, or smart enough. Sometimes the people around you are the one's that make you feel this way, and if that's the case you need to let those people go. Trust me you will feel better, that's what i did.Then, i started dressing better,going out meeting new people. That gave me the confidence to be more outgoing. So get rid of the things that are holding you back from bringing out the best of you=]]Smile,always!

Outgoing, and crazy is not everything, and it shouldn't be everything. Look at yourself, and know how great you are. If you think there is something about you that you do not like, change that thought, so not let that happen. Replace that thought with something which you do well, and focus on the good quality, and a time when you enjoyed that quality. To many people get stuck in a time warp of believing they are bad, when their situations created thoughts, which are not healthy. You are great, repeat that every time you begin to analyze your self.

how can you be outgoing and crazy when you cant even believe in yourself that you can do that 1st you have to believe in yourself and then just try to be a little risky but not too risky ok
