I NEVER could see the bright side of life
my glass was always half empty
until recently............
I experienced a difficult tragedy and now for some reason when I started to feel less depressed over the situation I now appreciate the good in everyday life
my glass is half full :)

well depends whats going on around you! do you have problems? do you think that life sucks....or that there is no point to anything? well you need to know that you can't fix everything in one day! all those things that you wish could go away...dont happen overnight..you just gotta try living life and do something that makes you happy! its hard but trust me it will make you less stressed out and just live life one day at a time!

I go into overdrive , acting the idiot, try to make daughter laugh , in fact I just act the opposite to how i am feeling and usually once I calm down the 'problem' is not so bad

I talk to myself and say try to confort myself...see a guidence counselor...listen to music til I cry my eyes out...try to hang out with my friends...practice dancing...and yeah,thats about it!!!!
