Where can i buy those big yellow ribbons you tie around a tree or fence???

Try Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or Jo-Ann's Superstore. They typically have supplies like that, and tons of yard stuff too!

I'm afraid you probably won't find them ready made anymore. As Gina suggests, you will have to get the weatherproof ribbon and make them yourself. The site below will show you how to make one.
