If it's made from lycra, polyester or any other synthetic fabric that's not 100% cotton or linen then you can't I'm afraid.

I think they're designed so that they dont shrink - I mean, imagine being in a hot tub and you bikini bottoms shrinking!
Buy a smaller pair. Or have them taken in.

probably can't be done then. They are most likely made of synthetic fabric that doesn't shrink. Find a seamstress that can alter them for you.

get out needle and thread and alter them.... take in some of the side seams, cut off the extra material ...

stick em in a tumble dryer from wet should work
