No--bees are members of the phylum arthropoda. Arthropods have open circulatory systems, which means that instead of having a heart with blood vessels, the blood moves through the body through a series of chambers within the body cavity. The blood circulates by means of the movement and contraction of the body parts as the insect moves, instead of through the contraction of a heart-like organ.

Yes, a bee does have a heart. Bees belong to the phylum arthropoda which includes all other insects. The heart is dorsal in position, and the blood circulatory system is open, that is, the blood leaves the heart through the open spaces and bathes all the tissues in blood and returns to the heart. So the heart and the circulatory system aren't as complex as ours but they do have a heart.

I think insect circulation is much simpler than you are expecting.
Heart does not have a bunch of specialized chambers. It is a muscle that can pump blood through the dorsal aorta to be spread openly to the organs. Insects are small enough that their respiration does not require the lungs fed by the heart that larger animals need (gases transpire through the skin).

You said it yourself, you have an intense fear of bees. No one wants to be stung, but running, hiding, panic attacks and crying is quite extreme. Therefore, I think that you have apiphobia. It is because of your previous experience, you are afraid, and this is normal behaviour. why do you want to know if you have a fear or not?

I know a bee that had a heart transplant!
One flew in to my bedroom last night - saw me and dive bombed, sting first.
Then, when it saw me screaming it changed it's mind - so it must have had a change of heart!
