Everyone is different, but at any moment you could go through a growth spurt. I thought I was done growing at 18 and I hit a growth spurt and went from a small B cup to a full C.
By the way I think its very bizarre that a doctor would tell you that, your still very young and womens bodies change alot from the age of 14. I would ask your mom to switch your doctor, not all of them are the most helpful people.

Well it's possible, but not it's not likely that your breasts will suddenly become C cups. What your doctor means is that when you go through puberty, this is when the majority of your body develops. Since it has been 4 years since you've been through puberty, your body is done it's major developments. Your body will still continue to shift and grow as you grow, but as far as your breasts are concerened, they may grow a bit, even to a B cup, but that's probably all. I had my period when I was 11 too, and my breasts were a B by the time I was 14. I am 21 now, and they are still a B. But you know what? Breast size isn't all that important anyways. Trust me, big boobs can get in the way!

Breast size and shape will continue to change throughout your lifetime. I was a comfortable B (which I didn't fully attain till I was about 18...so you probably have some growing to do yet!) until I had my son. I then went from a B to a D and stayed there....to this day I still have a D cup.
Don't worry about your boobs for the time being. You're still young, and you will probably put a little weight on as you get older. Remember breast matter is about 45% fat tissue, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Although everyone is different, I would say that at 14, you still have some time for your breasts to continue to develop. You got your period a bit early, but that doesn't mean that your hormones will stop. Give it a couple of years. You can get an idea of how much more you are likely to develop by looking at the breast size of your female blood relatives. If most of them are small busted, there is a good chance that you will be, too.

Your boob size is determined by genetics. How big is your mothers and also look at the women on you dads side, talk to all the women in your family and fine out at what age they stopped developing. Your boobs may or may not grow, it depends on your genetics. And if you ever had kids (don't think about it for at least 10 yrs though) your boobs will grow some more then too.

Once you start your period it will slow down the growth process. But because you are so young they most likely will still grow at least a little more. They will probably get fuller as your body develops more and you gain more weight. Once you've fully matured it won't be as noticeable. But they'll get larger when you get pregnant too (although that probably won't last). Don't worry about it. I'm 18 and every now and then I notice slight changes.

No, the doctor is wrong. Your breast size can still change until you're... oh, eighteen, or so... plus if you are skinny and you ever gain weight, you'll probably inflate a bit then as well. And of course if you ever get pregnant or go on the pill, that'll change them as well.
That said, at three years past menarche I doubt you're ever going to get very large breasts. You'll probably always be a sleeker model. It's not the end of the world: you get to wear many awesome shirts that the bosomy girls can't wear without looking like porn stars. So try not to stress over it too much.

LOL :) I really dont know much more then that but try not to worry about it too much things will work themselves out eventually

She isn't lying - you can enhance your boobs by gaining a bit of weight but the weight may end up somewhere else. The best thing to do it learn to love your boobs. No one needs big boobs

My breast continued to grow until I was 20. By that time I was a 36G. Just give it time. At least it's easier to get implants than to have a reduction!
