For the first one, you see that the only common factor is 7. There is non realation between the x, y ,a nd z
7*(7x - y - 4z)

For the second one, you are looking for two factors of
8100 * x^2 * y^2 which add up to 180 xy
In this case they are 90xy and 90xy
The perfect square make it easy for us.

So write the expression as
100 x^2 + 90xy + 90xy + 81y^2
Now factor the first 2 and last 2
(10x)*(10x + 9y) + (9y)*(10x + 9y)
Now notice that both terms have (10x + 9y)
factor that to get
(10x + 9y) * (10x + 9y)
= (10x + 9y)^2

49x-7y-28z
=7(7x-y-4z)

100x^2 + 180xy + 81y^2
=(10x+9y)(10x+9y)

no prob!
