Well, the classic that started the whole thing was Airplane
Going back, I would say all of the Pink Panther movies with "A shot in the dark" the cream of the crop in that series
Another favorite of mine was The History of the World Part II
Early Woody Allen movies like Bananas and Sleeper

Shatner was hilarious in "Airplane II". In fact that whole movie was great. I also like the Scary Movie series and "High Anxiety", the spoof of Alfred Hitchcock movies.

The rare 80's spoof "Student Bodies" is hilarious... it spoofs all the old 70's/80's cheesy horror flicks.
