Does it mean,I can't stop smoking?if I smoke one cigarret,it cancles the stop smoking program?

No, no. If you smoke one cigarette, you can still continue with the quitting. It is normal to still want a cigarette, but you need to know that it is NOT a physical craving. It is only a mental craving for something to do with your hands. You have, however quit for eight days, so why start backsliding?

The desire to smoke might never go away. I quit for a year once and I wanted a cigarette every single day. If you've gone for 8 days try and keep it up. As far as having a cigarette, I don't know if that will cancel out the Zyban. Ask your doctor.

You are doing great. Just think that in another week without smoking you will actually be able to taste the food you are eating, and your clothes won't have that nasty smell to them. My husband used Zyban (Welbutrin) to quit smoking and it worked great for him the first time, but he backslid and his blood pressure has gone way out of control since he started smoking again. When you have the urge to smoke get involved in another activity to take your mind off of it.
