I live in Ontario Canada. We currently rent out a home to tenants. I was wondering if it is legally binding to state on the rental agreement that if the tenant is unable to pay on the 1st of the month, the landlord has the right to evict the tenant by mid-month or the end of the month. That is to say, the landlord has full possession of the home by that time and can legally remove the tenant and replace them with new tenants without the usual 60 days notice.
Thanks.
