The oceans store most of the available CO2. When the oceans warm, they give off CO2, when they cool, they absorb more. This takes a long period of time on the order of a thousand years to affect. The main greenhouse gas, water vapor, obviously results mostly from evaporation of the ocean water. The oceans are far more important factors in global warming than are humans in my opinion (but that is blasphemy to some)

The 2 major gases are eliminated by Mother Nature and her air recycle system . CO2 is absorbed by plants and the plants give us back the oxygen . The plants keep the Corbin to produce their food.
Methane is a joke , Methane is very light and goes very high in our atmosphere . At that altitude the sun is so intense that it oxidizes . U can find no lake of methane in the upper atmosphere.

global warming is melting polar ice which means more sweet water goes in the oceans. this makes streams slower and scientists think that the gulf stream which gives norther European countries & iceland a comfortable climate might stop or get so slow to lose its effect. This would make would lead to lower temperatures in Scandinavian countries, for instance.
