Fox news is not pro-Bush. It just looks that way since all the other networks are so anti-Bush and now people can't recognize balanced news when they see it. It's sad, really.

The Fox Capitalist media has to be pro bush.
When it comes to Fox News Channel, conservatives don't feel the need to "work the ref." The ref is already on their side. Since its 1996 launch, Fox has become a central hub of the conservative movement's well-oiled media machine. Together with the GOP organization and its satellite think tanks and advocacy groups, this network of fiercely partisan outlets--such as the Washington Times, the Wall Street Journal editorial page and conservative talk-radio shows like Rush Limbaugh's--forms a highly effective right-wing echo chamber where GOP-friendly news stories can be promoted, repeated and amplified. Fox knows how to play this game better than anyone.

Here in the UK all the American media looks entirely pro Bush. Frankly you ain't got a free press anywhere any longer. Perhaps you should start watching Al Jazeera before that gets taken over by the pro Bush lobbyists - or destroyed.

However two British people, Keogh and O'Connor were sent to jail (MAY 07) in the UK for trying to leak a phone call between Tony Bliar and George Bush - a phone call in which GW allegedly suggested that Al Jazeera should be bombed out of existence. Can you blame the media for being pro Bush when faced with this sort of barbaric attitude to a free press?

When two world leaders supposedly elected and accountable to the general public invoke the Official Secrets Act to ensure we don't hear what they talk about - then perhaps it is time to examine what freedoms we have left. Certainly a free press ain't one of them.

Why is it having one conservative leaning network threatens you people so much? At least fox news will put both conservatives and liberals on each show to debate issues the other networks more often than not just show the liberal view. The reason fox really makes libs so mad is it outperforms the other networks everyday. I think the other networks have become more liberal just to try and get ratings from the other half because they know they can't touch fox anymore. Think about it cnn used to be the conservative news channel.

since Regan deregulated the media, the quality of news has hit the skids. Fox isn't interested in serious journalism, it only wants shock effect to pander to the less intellectually fortunate among us and keep their ratings at any cost. No matter how much it hurts the country and kills soldiers.

I knew all the Dems would be out on this one. I could ask the same of NBC, CBS and ABC, also MSNBC, why do they all pander to the Dems? FOX news has much higher ratings than any other news organization......that is why Dems think they are pro-Bush.

Because being pro-Bush and pro-Republican is a novelty in television media. Every other news channel is dripping with liberal bias.

Boo hoo... Fox doesn't present the news in a way that promotes my personal political agenda. Waaaaaaa...
