You'll need to download the site from the server onto the machine that has FrontPage. Then open the files with FrontPage that you want to edit, and save your changes. Then FTP the changed pages back to the server.

Microsoft no longer supports FrontPage (it has evolved into SharePoint). I'd recommend a better tool like Adobe DreamWeaver or Microsoft Expression Web.
