I am never ungrateful when someone cares enough to select something for me and goes to the expense, and time to give it to me. THAT'S the gift I "ooh and ahh" for, not whatever is inside of the package...

Not necessarily. Usually these people are either extremely wealthy and have everything they need - or they have no real hobbies and interests.

i don't agree whith your definition impossible to buy for. i say my dad is impossible to buy for because he has everything he needs so i would wind up getting him something worthless and just wind up wasting my money
