Depends on where you live and what kind of business you do. The going rate for a state employee in Florida is 45 cents a mile, but it varies from state to state, region to region, and business to business. The best thing you can do if you are trying to get that price upped for your job is to make a comparison with similar businesses or businesses in your area.
