I am a body builder, How to use steroids in a right way, which would not affect my health?

There is no way to use steroids without serious health risks period.
If anyone tells you otherwise, they're either lying to sell you something, or they don't know jack about steroids.
The body's endocrine system has a very delicate balance and even small amounts of hormones can and will throw off the function of many of the glands putting your body into an imbalance which has reprecussions as innocent as hair loss or as serious as testicular cancer. There's no right way to take steroids.

There is no right way. There is no steroid that you can take that will affect only muscles. Steroids are only indicated to treat steroid deficiencies or certain inflammatory diseases.

Steroids have a whole host of very serious side effects, some of which are to cause high blood pressure, diabetes, cataracts, pimples, anger & hostility, and, the one that seems to get most guys' attention, tiny testicles.

However, if you prefer to believe in Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny, I am sure there are all sorts of people who will be willing to sell you their products that, of course, they will guarantee to give you big muscles but leave you healthy.

Build your natural and wonderful body to the extent that nature allows. Ingested or injected steroids is not what nature has intended. What ever benefit your muscles may receive will be paid for by the rest of your body.

Please think long and hard before making the decision to take steroids, and wean yourself off if you already are.

Steroids are never done in a right way. As soon as you quit using your muscles will deflate. Why not do it natural and they will stay.
