It's the end of Lieberman as we know it. A war monger should never be a part of a party that values life instead of war for nothing.

Joe is already irrelevant. The press will give him camera time for now, but any influence he might of had is gone. His aspirations for higher office are behind him.
He does have six years of sitting in the Senate left. It was probably his last election since he won't get Democrat support and the Republicans only supported him and abandoned their own candidate to embarrass the Dems. No more opportunities for prime committee assignments and no opportunity for Chairmanship.
Poor Joe.

He made a decision. He is an adult with a brain and education to go with it. He has his motives (Israel) and sticks with them. Maybe it is a good thing he didn't get elected Vice President. He knows that we all must reap what we sow and that he could pay for his decision. He isn't the first politician to change faces in the middle of the play and he won't be the last.

Joe Lieberman isn't a Republican, a Democrat, or an Independent. He can't make up his mind which party he will run in to be in power. He says he is a Jew, too, but he wanted to cut off Americas support to Israel, when he ran for Vice President with Al Gore! Did you notice the LIE in his last name? He will never be a Clinton!

He is a man of honor that votes his conscience rather than party line. I think he is not going to regret anything, nor should he, in my opinion.
