Your dreams will still be there, because even when your heart is broken, it too will still always be there....without a heart and mind, we would be nothing but an empty exterior shell, and no matter what life throws at us, no matter how jaded or broken one might feel....you will still be alive inside yourself....and nothing can take that away. All your heart needs is time to heal and hope to remember what it feels like to trust again. :)

if your heart is broken then your heart wont make any wishes or have any dreams to base the wishes off of.

Why so sad? Let me guess the person you love loves someone else, and so do you and you want to be with them but you can't? I love Sasuke Uchiha from a cartoon, and it is kind of sad. Oh, sorry, to answer your question you still have dreams, and they will mend your broken heart.
