It was my mothers name and I have never run across it before. It is German is probubly why.

I know a lot of Magdalinas' from where i come from but pronounce them Mag-daliina in Sudan taken from Mary Mag. in the scriptures. Just dropping it for knowledge!!

I know Magdalena but not Magdalina. Magdalena is (Mary)Magdalen in Italian ,Spanish and some other Romance languages and could be in German too.
