Masturbating will not deplete your body of testosterone. Spermatogenesis and production of testosterone, which is a hormone that has effects all over the body, are separate issues.

No testosterone in sperm, which are individual cells, nor in semen, which is the fluid that delivers them. Testosterone just goes into your blood stream, and you produce it continuously. So, no, you don't "waste" any by masturbating. You do lose your sex drive temporarily after you ejaculate, but that's just because you burn up all of your testosterone and endorphins at once when you have an orgasm and your testicles kind of go into spasm and stop producing any more testosterone for a little while (called a refractory period). But after you rest up, everything returns to normal and you're good to go again. Relax, enjoy.

Testosterone is a male hormone, responsible for the characteristics of a man; i.e., facial hair, body build, muscles, chest and other body hair, etc. Hormones generally travel throughout the bloodstream, and I don't believe there are any in the ejaculate. You have a lifetime supply of testosterone, and you won't lose any through masturbation.

There is no testosterone in sperm. Testosterone is present in blood and in seminiferous tubules where immature spermatogonia mature into sprems. testosterone is not secreted in semen and hence does not go to waste in any body fluids.

It's not a waste of sperm, it's a waste of energy.
You are better off using that energy to work out and improve your body. Your body will just keep making sperm, and if you don't lose it, it will find its way out on its own.
