Call b4 you go, b4 you make reservations at any hotel, call several of them and ask if they do anything SPECIAL for ANYONE having a BIRTHDAY while staying at their hotel! If the receptionist doesnt know or blows you off, call back in a few minutes and ask for the HOTEL MANAGER (you'll probably end up with the asst. manager, but that's pretty good). Then ask him or her the same question, if h/s doent offer you something good right off the bat, jump right in and say you're basing your choice of hotel and gaming on the hotel that seems to want to make your stay enjoyable and memorable !!! They may comp you a meal or even a room if it's a slow time! Use your best, most charming voice and say the above in a non-threatening way( dont come off sounding like: "If you dont give me a room I'm going elsewhere!". That wont get you anywhere!!!! Say how you've dreamed of staying at their wonderful hotel and how long you've waited and what a special birthday it will be and how you cant wait to tell everyone you know how great the _____ is and how fabulous they treat their guests ______!!!! in the casinos? Only if you're placing large wagers! Or if you've lost a bunch of money! Well, you might be able to get a free happy b-day song at a restaurant in Circus Circus!

Terribles car was give you a free car was on your birthday if you register for a rewards card. I'm sure a casino will comp you on a dinner if you are a big time player and tell them it is your birhtday.
