I see them on the sidewalk. They are the size of a tip of a pen. Someone told me they are baby spiders? I really don't think so...

The Ladies below are correct, they are Chiggers and they do bite and make you itch awful. You need to use Insect spray in any areas you see signs of these. They tend to get in my Flower beds on my Front Porch and I have to keep it sprayed to get rid of them.

No, the little things you see are what i call brick mites, we have them on the carport and front porch at the house. There's a better name i'm sure but i can tell you there not spiders.
