You're definitely not alone.

You may feel as though you are the only person that feels this way, but you are Not! People can be depressed for different reasons and some are due to a chemical imbalance such as clinical depression (or even bipolar disorder which used to be called 'manic depression') or a 'situational depression' which is by one's environment such as a some type of loss including a death in the family, divorce, loss of a job or any other extrinsic factors that can cause a person to be depressed. Please do talk with your mother or father or anyone else that you trust so that perhaps you can talk further with a clinical psychologist or licensed therapist about your feeling so depressed lately and he or she can help you figure out if you have a clinical type depression or whatnot.
In addition to getting a better handle on the depression and feeling better about yourself and life, perhaps you can look at your day to day activity schedule and add more productive yet fun activities to your life.

there are millions of people who are feeling like you right this instant. You are not the only person. Try eating healthier food, exercising more, getting more sleep, and be more positive about your life. Stop being so hard on yourself; there is no point in feeling this way. If matters worsen, get some professional help. Good luck!

This happens with a lot of people and I am one of those. I went to the extent of committing suicide because I felt there is no point in living at all. But I couldnt, hehe...Some people say time will heal things. I dont know if that is true. But I read this book "I'm Ok and You're OK". It makes sense to me than any other book written on psychology. Try to read that book and correlate things to your life. You will find the answer yourself and realize that life is beautiful.Good luck!!

Hun youre not alone for sure, I have also gone through depression and its just the worst, but you have to always remember that youre not the only one going through this, millions of people suffer from depression each day (its a human thing). You just have to make sure to not let it take over your life completely!

Stop your depressing life by taking action. Depression is stillness. Life is action. Get out of your bed/sofa/armchair and DO things that you enjoy; little things that make you happy. Feel happy and other happy people will approach you. Be depressed and you will be approached by people more depressed than you. Find the rhythm of life and let it carry you with it. Move now!

You are not the only one.
Today, forget everything else you are *meant* to do & do something you really *want* to do.
Just take it one day at a time & try to make each of those days a little bit better by doing something you enjoy.

Believe me you are not on your on although that is how you feel i know. I have myself been where you are and there is light at the end of the tunnel so please do not give up. If you have access to nature go out and spend time there, its a great healer. Please make sure tell someone where you are going and be safe. You are special so look after yourself.

you sound really young like 14 -16 years old. if so, don't worry, just keep yourself busy spending time and doing things you love. Everything else will work itself out over the years.
