You have to be able to answer this type of question to get anywhere, SAT or otherwise. Don't you see that 2 and 3 are contradictory? And, given what you know of WWII, do you think that 2 was at all probable?

Honestly, you should be able to figure this one out. Coming here and asking us such a silly question is ridiculous.

BTW:
No, Japan had never tested a nuclear weapon before, during, or after WWII. Japan has never tested a nuclear weapon, period.

Japan was definitely NOT allowed to have nuclear weapons (they had already tested one) ... and they still are not allowed today

I know he didn't make them change to driving on the wrong side of the road.
