What exactly is it that you want to know. One can't answer a question if the question is unclear.

Make yourself at home: please be comfortable, as if you are in your own home.
Lets see: this expression is used when one is undecided and wouldn't like to commit oneself to a question or proposition one way or the other.
I mean business: I am serious in what I am saying (or have said); don't fool around with me.
Big mouth: one who talks a lot/exaggerates.
Behind time: late for an appointment; in respect of a clock or watch, it would mean that it shows a wrong time, showing a time earlier than what it should be.
