I have been proposed to about 7 years ago, after the guy already had told me to f*** off before (we had been together for a year), he came back....what a fool. Of course I said no.
Now I am in love with the most sweetest guy on earth... I am sure we are going to get married, even though he has not proposed yet. But we have touched this topic several times....
My heart also said "yes" long time before...

3 times once after prom in that back seat of the car on the way home. That was lame and lasted 2 weeks. Once by a guy I almost married in the park by my parents house. Then finally I realized I was in love with my female roomate big turn around and I actually proposed to her. Guess the last one doesn't count as me being propossed to but we are still together and in love 2 years later.

Ive been proposed to (seriously proposed to) 4 times. Once I accepted and it ended in divorce, but it did last for 19 years. And three times since then..one by a very near and dear friend to whom I turned down, one by a former live in BF who after 3 years I grew tired of, and one by my true soul mate and most beloved man in my life, who was killed one year ago in a car accident. He was the only person I would ever have considered marrying after trying it once before. So yes, my answer is four.

3 times, married 2 of them.
The first I was 19 and it was on an architectural tour of Chicago
2nd, sitting on a beach in Michigan while making s'mores
3rd, was more of a decision than a proposal... we've been married 6 1/2 happy years!

3 times...
Once by my college boyfriend, I was expecting it, at Christmas, ring attached to a champagne bottle, at my parent's' house....married him
Once by a good friend I had been dating for about 6 months....at a romantic dinner, completely unexpected, broke up soon after
Once by my good friend from college (fraternity brother of the first...) at Christmas, unromantic proposal, yet very sweet and true, married him, am still happily married.
He has turned out to be much more romantic than his proposal would have indicated.

Yes. I tell you the most interesting one. She called me and talked to me for few minutes on phone and then she told me that she wanted to say something but she would hang the phone after she completes the sentence. I said Ok and she said, "I can't live without you". I felt as if I was in the heaven. I couldn't sleep whole night and each and every instant I could hear was the same sentence again and again. Very sweet feeling.

My hubby-many years ago. We have 5 children {1 with Jesus} ages 41-49--the
twins are 49. We have also been blessed with wonderful daughters {in law}
and 8 grandkids ages 14--25 and counting? How? Good question. It just came about. After we were married about a year my hubby asked if he had ever asked me to marry him? We still laugh about it. It just sort of all came together. : }
