SW Scotland
Winter - pre-2000, variable, generally mild but could usually rely on a good, frosty spell with dumping of snow.
Post-2000 - snow and frost increasingly rare, we have not had a decent snowfall (i.e. one you could build a snowman) since Xmas 2000. A lot wetter and windier now too. February is the most wintry month, with Dec and Jan increasingly extended autumn. Green leaves stay on the trees in London until mid-Dec!
Spring - hasn't changed as much as the other seasons, you still get very cold snaps and snow in March, but late spring is a little hotter and sunnier (however it has never been unusual for late-May to reach into the low 30's/high 80's Farenheit (in England that is)).
Summer - Heatwaves are more frequent, rain is more scarce. In the West this isn't a big problem but in SE England droughts are a lot more common. In two of the past 4 summers our town has recorded 30C/86F which used to be pretty rare in Scotland. It is now more common for England to get above 35C, and reached the magical 100F for the first time on record in August 2003. Having said that, Augusts seem to be more disappointing now than they were in the 1990's, with July being the hotter month. I love the sun in the day but don't like the warm, humid nights.
Autumn - I would say this season has changed the most. September and even October have become part of the extended summer, with Octobers often warm and sunny. What is most interesting is that frost in October, even with clear skies and low winds is becoming a rarity. Could be to do with warmer oceans? November can still throw up cold snaps, but not usually snow, and wet/windy spells also.
All this change has happened in my brief 20 years on Earth! So I have no doubt that there is rapid global warming.

Florida's climate has not really changed, but we are getting more hurricanes than in the past. it's a cycle and will go back to fewer hurricanes eventually. although it has been cooler this spring than I can remember.
