I'm a mom of 3 boys all under the age of 9. I say no a lot!

I say "no" all day every day. I have three children in the house. They're usually trying to stick the dog in the eye with a fork, flushing Legos, etc.

I have a 7 yr old daughter and I hate that I say no so often.
I think I need to change it and really ask myself why I say no in the first place.
