You may enjoy work but if they took you out for the day to a great restaurant etc for a treat- it would go a lot quicker. You would not be watching time or waiting for the next part of the daily routine to occur.

I know. It is quite amazing if you think that when you go out on a Friday night say from 7PM to 2AM that is the same amount of time that you are at work.
The time at work seems almost double that.

I think you concentrate more on the time when at work than at play so there is more emphasis on it! Kind of like a watched kettle never boils!

I think because most people are allowed to let their hair down and have fun while out but not in work.

Time is not a contiguous flow as people think but, like speed, it is relative to the observer.

The cubicle can warp time, causing you to work more than you think you are... Cubicles are evil.

bc your having a good time and dont want it to end thats why it goes by so fast....work doesnt bc your there everyday

because work isnt fun...its work...boring! (but not for me, im a preschool teacher, and i am always on my toes)
