Ok, the other day, I decided to work on my toilet because it was leaking, I thought it was around the base, but I was wrong, It was the seal around the tank. I could have fixed it, but after 20+ years I think we could have a new pooper. Also, why not replace the tile, had some ceramic tile that was given to me, burnt through 6 grinder wheels and every piece I had, Murphey's Law was haunting me really bad, when after mounting the toilet and cementing it to the floor, found out that I had to blow out the back wall in order to make it fit. I really left out a lot of details in order to make this reasonably short. Trust me, I understand.
