I have just draped my coat over the puddle of tears that you have left in order that your feet don't get wet. If you care to get into the car (via the door I am holding open) we will go on a lunchtime surprise, collecting some fresh flowers on the way. I love old fashioned good manners, romance and chivalry, what a shame it is forgotten by many. x

I always lived by honor and respect, especially for the women, girls say i´m romantic and sweet, but i have no intention of be romantic or sweet, thats just who i am, nothing more.
The bad side of it is that most girls think that guys want something more when they act properly and perform acts of chivalry, like we are trying to hit on them or something.
In the world we live in today, chivalry is seen with suspicion, like a way to trick women, that can be quite bad when we only want to be polite.

not all of the good ol days were as good as they sound.. women may have been loved or you can say lusted after.. and most had to be ho*s to actually have a decent life style.. no a days we have our own rights and we chose who we want instead of having them chosen for us like the good ole days.. no offense to your question though.
some men could use a little chivalry and romance..

People just think that you are weird and suspect that you are up to something; so, I'm afraid that chivalry is dying, shortly to be defunct.
I still herald the banner but fail to notice any other knights or meet any appreciative maidens.

Oh but I am very romantic, I buy my hubby lots of daft little gifts just because I can, I tell him every single day how much I love him and what he means to me, I write little notes and put them in his lunch box for him to read, I do everything I can to make his day more special because he is my world and he does the same for me, married 23 years.
