Analysing whether or not the melt-down is co-existing within your system. Then asking random people the causes of having melt downs.

I get melt-downs randomly, usually when a simple small thing just pushes me over the dgee. I usually keep a lot bottled up inside, so one little thing can tip me over fairly well. It's a problem, but I'm working on it. Usually, it's just when people are blatantly rude.

Usually when you know you have a lot of things to do,
getting something done and having someone mess it
up and then have someone else ask why its still a mess,
like you hadn't done anything. That really steams me.

lack of sleep will do it, but mostly when I feel like everything is coming at me at once and I get overwhelmed, I will have one. Like now for example.
