Although the idea of a B and B is appealing, the reality is they tend NOT to be soundproof, which can get very annoying.

Hotel, all the way! They have more luxuries than motels, which always kinda creep me out. I am simply not a social person who wants to chat up a complete stranger first thing in the morning, so I don't do B&B's.

Motel is what my budget allows for, would love a hotel, but have always wanted to stay in a B&B just one time!

Hotel. More people around and more options and features included (pool, office, work out room) bed and breakfasts are nice, just a bit creepy in some places, motels.. well... let's just say any walk of life is welcome there as long as they're paying customers.

B&B. I like to think they're a LITTLE cleaner than hotels and motels.

I prefer a hotel... Holiday Inn Express is my choice. They are usually quite nice, free internet, free breakfast, and usually reasonably priced.

Motel. I usually don't stay in one location for more than a few nights.

motel is wat i prefer...because that will be more spending money for my kids on our vacation...if it was just my husband and i, then a hotel would be great...but cuz we have kids...might as well get the cheapest place to sleep, and make noise, we eat out anyway...so all we need is somewhere to park our car, bath the kids and sleep!!
