Yes, I was walking in the wind tunnel (aka as my university) one day when the wind just came through and turned my umbrella inside out. The best part? I got SO wet!

Good times, during the beginnings of a terrible hurricane where I used to live, my sister and I brought a medium-sized table umbrella outside in the front of our house and it was very windy....

Yes, in fact when I am out walking the dog I turn it upside down so it will fill with rain and my dog can get a drink.
