i have 3 fish. 2 adult and 1 baby one. I got them all at the same time. I want to know if my adult fishes are male and female and what the eggs look like.

this is an A-Z of fish breeds. but i dont think that every breed is there.
also not all fish beposit eggs some are live bareers.

It really depends what the kind of fish species you talking about. If you have these fish I will help you a little bit:
Livebearers- Guppies, Mollies, Platies and Swordtails- Males have a folded pointed anal fin. The female has a fan shaped anal fin. This might not be visible until maturity.

Cherry Barbs- The males is cherrier than the female. The female has a brown pinkish color and the lines running through the snout to the cuadal fin is darker than the males.

Corydoras Catfish- The female is heavier looking than the male. The male is small than the female.

Barbs and Tetras- The females are more heavier than the males. THe males tend to be slender.

Cichlid- Depends what type od cichlids.
