Definitely Snoopy! A few years after I really fell in love with Snoopy, we got a beagle mix. She was my childhood puppy, and I really wanted a beagle because of Snoopy. My love for Snoopy grew, just as my love for her grew. As I grow older and my aspirations for being a published author grew, I find a lot of comfort in the fact that Snoopy, the author, was rejected many times, too!! :-)
