There is no such thing as a "Bush gang." The US government does not build oil refineries. He once proposed using abandoned US military facilities to build oil plants or nuclear plants to make hydrogen. He was immediately shouted down by left wing liberal activist wackos. These same wackos have prevented oil companies from building new refineries. It takes billions of dollars, about ten years, endless regulations, endless court challenges by the wackos, so why start? Oil companies are making money doing what they are doing, so they cannot be criticized for that.

The answer is none. The "BUSH" gang as you call it, know it would immediately be a losing battle trying to deal with the radical environmental extremists as well as the liberals on capital hill.

Why haven't the liberals attempted to build new refineries KNOWING that it would help in bringing up production and dropping the cost of gasoline? I thought they were all for the little guy's?

We tried presenting Ideas "old military bases" (which by the way have been shot down )...but why is it up to the "Bush Gang" as you put it to be responsible for EVERYTHING? The Non-Bush Gang wants to scream that they are the real Americans so Prove it...Take responsibility for something...ANYTHING in this nation and stop acting like a 5 yr. old who keeps saying "It wasn't me!".
