Most P3 pc would likely support up to 512Mb ram
But if your pc cannot support that much still u put that 512mb ram u will get only 256mb of ram detect on that mainboard.

try to upgrade your bios (gd Luck ) :P

living house windows XP crawls on the account of too squeezy quantity of RAM, something much less might flow nicely or improve RAM quantity for XP, so at modern the only mainstream OS which you may not placed on there is Vista.

It says 2DIMM slots for PC66/100 SDRAM. Maximum of 512Mb.

256 is the high performable for P3 ok.gud luck
