They still have troops in Afghanistan !
They were right about it being a bad idea to attack Iraq!
They are superior to us in nuclear power. In fact, they are the world leaders in nuclear technology.
They understand that "global warming" is a fact.
They aren't trying to pull a fast one on us like Mexico is trying to do.
They make better movies than we do.
They have better relations with more countres in the world than we do.
Their children are better educated than American children are.
They don't have an obesity problem like we do.
I can go on and on with countless more examples, but I think you get my drift.
We owe them a sincere apology about being so completely wrong about them in so many different ways.
Apologizing to the French would be the first important step to show the rest of the world that we can admit to our mistakes and move forward in solving some serious world problems together.
Vive le France !!!

Thanks for the support, but we don't need any apology. We don't wake up in the morning thinking about how the US feel about France because actually, most of the people can't care less...
Just go back to normal relationship will be enough. For the rest, we will just continue to ignore the 11 years old bashers we can see in the forums.

They say its a bad idea about attacking anyone.They've done nothing but shun British troops that helped them in WW2,even damaging British graves,they just like to sit on the fence,and as for the rest of your statements you could be talking about any country ,compared to the US.

I wouldn't brag about how great my nuclear program was, it's not a judge of how advanced a civilisation is.
the only reason they didnt support the war is that they have never BEEN AT WAR. they just surrender, then pack all their jews off to camps without complaint and (apparently) blame and appology.
