Would you like to tell the way of understanding people?

How we can recognize/understand the people because everyone different and everyone have two faces like inner and outer, by which way we can know about people whether they are nice or they are wrong

This is the whole purpose of having discernment and manners. While someone may appear to say one thing they may feel otherwise. This is fairly common and, in my opinion, relates strongly to their own personal agenda. If you allow your experience of interacting with others to grow, you will gain your own sense of when someone is talking truthfully or lying or perhaps (trickily) somewhere in between.

There are sometimes points where there are no absolute distinctions, again, it will come down to your own feelings as to what you wish to accept and trust and how you will want to react. Context is everything.

Understanding People

Most people are cold and selfish monsters of apathy. They are usually nasty and brutish and ignorant. There are exceptions, but these are very rare and mostly, you will not meet anyone that opens up their heart to you. There are a few general rules you may follow:

a) Understanding women - most women want to be the best-looking woman ever. They want to be fed comforting lies all the time. They are usually motivated by the celebrity lifestyle they read about in magazines, or some trendy charity thing. They mostly don't like conversations: they only want to listen to the sound of their own voice.

b) Understanding men - most men only care about having sex or sports. They mostly don't like conversations: they only want to listen to the sound of their own voice.
