i would make him my friend, invite him to hang out with me and my other friends. This way, I wouldn't feel awkward whenever he's around.

No need to tell him again he wouldn't stand a chance. He would just feel it somehow.

It can be a bit of an issue, when persistence merges with delusional. Unfortunately, this person has no idea how disrespectful he is being.

Tell him his attentions are not welcome and have now become sexual harassment. Ask him to cease and desist or you'll file a complaint against him. If he doesn't, report him through the appropriate channels at work.

you have got a quiet notice with him and say that during spite of the reality which you're very flattered by way of the attention he's been supplying you with and each and all of the advantageous comments, you purely don't sense that way approximately him. If he looks harm then tell him which you would be friends, yet you fee your man or woman area and can rejoice with it if he did no longer save on with you around. i understand the way you sense because of the fact i had this boy at school following me like a lovesick pup and it did get particularly annoying at one factor! i'm hoping that he gets the message, sturdy success!

maybe he's in love with you,or obsess...or maybe just in sweet love..admire..just look at his background wheteher he's a nice guy or a bad person..
if he's nice and awesome to hang around with..u don't push him away...maybe u could make him your friend..maybe he'll be the one who helped u alot..because he cared..just give him a chance..maybe u will change ur mind.

and if he's bad...just reject him from the very beginning,if thts hard, give him a restraining order!

Tell him that you have told him time and time again that you are not interested. Then tell him that this borders on sexual harassment, and that you would be within your rights to report it if he continues to bother you.

If it gets that bothersome.....it's called sexual harassment. Tell him so if he bothers you so much. That should make him back off. If it doesn't, take it up with your boss & file a sexual harassment charge.

What he is doing is called sexual harrassment. He is merely infatuated with you. Warn him to stop, and don't lead him on.
